It is understood that this studio is retained as the official photographer for the wedding in question.

1.1 PAYMENTS A 20% deposit is required upon signing of this contract. The balance of payment is due two weeks before the wedding date. All prices include VAT at 17.5%

1.2 PHOTOGRAPHS The photographer will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching. All sizes are nominal and the number of photographs taken within a service is approximate.

1.3 GROUP PHOTOGRAPHS We will endeavour to cover all group photographs but due to time restraints and other outside influences this may not always be possible.

1.4 COPYRIGHT The 1988 copyright act assigns the copyright to the photographer, it is contrary to the act to copy or allows to be copied any photograph covered by this contract.

1.5 LICENCE The photographer shall be granted artistic licence in relation to the poses and locations used. The photographers judgement regarding locations, poses and number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct.

1.6 PREVIEW ALBUM The preview album remains property of Michael Lenny Photography, and if not returned within three months of issue, a charge of £350.00 will be made.

1.7 BOOKING FEE A 20% deposit is required when the client signs this contract and is non-refundable. The balance is due two weeks before the wedding.

1.8 COMPLAINT In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with our photography, any complaint must be notified in writing to the company within one week of receipt of the preview album or disk.

1.9 VIDEO PRODUCTION: Copyright and applicable laws protect the video. Any unauthorised distribution, duplication or exhibition of this video is protected under the 1988 copyright act. All images are copyright of Michael Lenny Photography, all audio content is supplied by the customer for their personal and private use and any issues are the responsibility of the customer.
